Delivery Times

Damaged Goods

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are in their original, unopened condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Refunds

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged goods). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Export Customers

For our customers who export goods out of the country, the following terms apply: minimum export spend of £150; goods must be collected by a reputable shipper who must provide us with a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for Air Freight / Shipment Certificate for sea freight.

Payment Terms

We accept bank transfer and debit cards only as methods of payment. Bank transfer funds must reflect in our bank account before we are able to release goods to you. We do not accept cash, credit cards, anonymous debit or credit cards, or cheques.

Returns Under These Terms

Goods must be returned to the supplier within 7 days of purchase. Full payment must be received by SAAMS International before goods can be released to a Freight Agent.

Agreement

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a purchase indicates your understanding, agreement to, and acceptance of, the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
